How do I take Gut Reset?
Mix one sachet into 250 ml of water and drink.
How often should I take it?
One sachet every day.
How many sachets are there in one box?
Each Gut Reset box contains 21 individually measured 15g sachets, designed for a 21-day daily ritual.
When should I take Gut Reset?
Take one sachet once a day. Consistency matters more than making the ritual complicated, so choose a time you can comfortably stick to every day.
How long should I take it for?
One box contains a 21-day ritual. After completing it, you can decide how you want Gut Reset to fit into your routine.
What to expect
How soon will I notice a difference?
Everyone is different, so we don’t promise a result or a timeline. Gut Reset is a daily drink, and it’s meant to be taken consistently over the 21 days.
Is it normal for my digestion to feel different when I start?
Your body may take a little time to get used to anything new in your routine. If you have persistent diarrhoea, significant stomach pain, severe bloating or any symptom that concerns you, stop taking Gut Reset and speak to a doctor.
Can I take it if I have a medical condition?
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a medical condition, check with your doctor before starting Gut Reset.
Will Gut Reset make me go to the bathroom immediately?
Gut Reset is a daily drink, not a laxative or a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Gut Reset is lemon flavoured, with mint and monk fruit helping create a fresh, easy-to-drink taste.
Does Gut Reset have added sugar?
No. Gut Reset contains no added sugar and is sweetened with monk fruit.
Does Gut Reset contain preservatives?
No. Gut Reset is made without preservatives.
Is Gut Reset vegan?
Yes. Gut Reset is plant based and vegan.
What is Triphala?
Triphala is a traditional Ayurvedic combination of Amla, Haritaki and Bibhitaki. It is one part of the wider Gut Reset formulation rather than the identity of Reeroot.
Care
Why can the powder sometimes clump?
Because Gut Reset is made with natural ingredients and without preservatives, minor clumping can occur. This does not necessarily mean the product has gone bad.
How should I store Gut Reset?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.
